Job Description

The role of CIO is to work with the Customer Interaction Department in order to assist with the needs of customer. The CIO should provide response and feedback to customer concerns as well as communicate any problems/concerns with every department in the company.


Key Responsibilities

  • Proper monitoring of trainers.
  • Coordinating activities with academics team.
  • Proper management of students data.
  • Calculation and collection of fees.
  • Attendance tracking and updation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in any stream.
  • Relevant work experience: 0-1 years as Customer relationship Executive.
  • Proficient with computer spreadsheets and Microsoft office products.
